We recognise that each religion has its own distinct funeral practices, and we strive to accommodate these with utmost sensitivity and respect.

Here's how we honour the religious beliefs in Australia :

Christianity (Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox) :

• Catholic : We facilitate traditional Catholic funeral Masses, including the Rosary, Requiem Mass, and committal service.  We ensure adherence to specific liturgical requirements and can arrange for appropriate music and readings.
• Protestant : We work closely with families to organise services that reflect their specific denomination, including hymns, scripture readings, and eulogies.  We can arrange for clergy from various Protestant denominations.
• Orthodox : We provide services that adhere to Orthodox traditions, including the Trisagion service, Divine Liturgy, and burial rites.  We are familiar with the specific requirements for icons, candles, and other ritual items.

Islam :

• We understand the importance of swift burial in accordance with Islamic tradition.  We facilitate ritual washing (ghusl), shroud (kafan), and the Janazah prayer.  We ensure the body is directed towards Qibla during burial and can arrange for imams to lead the service.

Buddhism :

• We provide services that incorporate Buddhist rituals, such as chanting, meditation, and offerings.  We can arrange for monks to conduct the service and ensure adherence to specific burial or cremation practices.

Hinduism :

• We respect the Hindu traditions of cremation and the Antyesti (last rites).  We can assist with the arrangement of rituals.  While funeral pyres are not legal in Australia, we do ensure that loved ones have the option to view the coffin of the deceased entering the cremation chamber and following the cremation the ashes are available to be returned to the family within 2 weeks.

Non-Religious :

• For those without religious affiliation, we create personalised funeral services or a celebration of life ceremony that focus on the individual's life, achievements, and values.  We can incorporate readings, music, and tributes that reflect the deceased's personality and beliefs.
